Making A Purchase

Making a purchase from MGD Online could not be easier. Please browse our website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, please click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to enter the details that we need to complete the order.

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

When confirmation of an order is received, this indicates that we have received your order it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. A contract between us will exist once we have sent you an invoice.

The contract’s content will be stored. You may store the general terms and conditions and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order’s data is not available via the internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Free Mainland UK Delivery

Delivery to most mainland UK addresses is free excluding some locations in the Scottish Highlands.

Shipping & Handling

We deliver all items within the time frame shown on the listing or on the date you specify with many items available with free next working day delivery. In the unlikely event of your product/s being damaged whilst in transit or are in any way faulty we will endeavour to replace the product/s at the next possible delivery date. If any items are delivered damaged this must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event of your item not been in stock we will contact you by telephone or email giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please note stocks are checked daily and are accurately reflected on the website.

Tax Charges

For all orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included in the stated price.

Credit Card Security

All payments are processed securely by Opayo and PayPal.

Google Pay and Apple Pay

Google Pay and Apple Pay payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Guarantee

All our goods are guaranteed for 12 months as standard, excluding electric heater bulbs. If in the unlikely event of there being a problem with your item/s we will send out a new replacement part or replace the complete items/s free of charge. Please note that guarantees are only valid for sales within the UK.

Privacy Policy

Any data collected by this website will only be used to process your orders we do not pass on customer information to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. The customer has a right to demand correction of any inaccuracies in the data stored about them or complete deletion.

Returns/Cancellations

Domestic customers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery. The contract can be cancelled by email or in writing, please see reaching us below. We recommend the products are returned with the original packing in good condition to avoid the products being damaged on their return journey. It is the customers responsibility to pay the cost of returning goods and to take reasonable care of the goods during the cancellation period. We reserve the right to not accept returns for B2B sales.
